You won’t spend half an hour of our sessions on the treadmill. Instead, we’ll mix things up with different exercises and training methods that keep you challenged and motivated.

I started my fitness journey at the age of 12, competing in national-level running and triathlon. Since then I have trained and coached in a variety of disciples from weightlifting to gymnastics. Over the years, my focus has shifted from high-performance athletics to longevity. With this I now focus on helping others achieve their fitness goals long-term health and wellness.
